Variable AI and messaging usage billed at actual usage. Results guarantee: 21+ AI-booked appointments at 10+ Meta leads/day (8AM–8PM) (guarantee condition, not general eligibility) — or walk away with the reviews, reactivated patients & booked consult fees already generated. 30-day duration starts on questionnaire-form completion (first 35 fields), which triggers WhatsApp API / SMS A2P registration and Voice AI KYC.

Voice AI, WhatsApp/SMS AI, Live Chat AI and Reviews AI usage is billed as a variable passthrough at actual usage on the Growth and Scale plans. Voice AI can be used across: inbound calls from Google/website, outbound ad lead callbacks (within 5 min), appointment show-up confirmations, requested callbacks via Voice AI or forms, 5-star review feedback calls to past/current patients, or patient reactivation calls. Beyond Scale we move to a custom plan prorated on Scale pricing.

Pricing has 3 components on every plan: (1) Fixed plan fee ($449 / $749 per month, per Google Business Profile); (2) Usage passthrough (~₹5,500 – ₹18,500/mo depending on lead volume) — WhatsApp Business API subscription, dedicated phone number rentals, Inbound Voice AI, and WhatsApp/SMS AI, Live Chat AI, Reviews AI responses & messaging usage (workflows, WA utility/marketing templates, email); (3) Performance fee — 10% of revenue collected via payment links sent autonomously by any AI Employee (Voice AI, WhatsApp AI or Live Chat AI) during or after a call, regardless of whether an appointment was booked. Performance fee is capped at 2× the monthly plan fee. In-clinic POS, insurance and front-desk-collected payments are excluded.
